What are the main differences between IconXP and ArtIcons Pro?

How to select one?

Two main differences between Articons and IconXP are:
1) Articons (Pro) can manage icon libraries but IconXP can not.
2) ArtIcons (Pro) allows to create images containing several layers

With Aha-Soft Articons (Pro) you can:
- Create and manage icon libraries for better and more efficient icon storage
- Extract icons from Windows executables, libraries and animated cursor files
- Delete identical icons in libraries
- Drag and drop icons between different libraries
